Driving over the Youngs Bay Bridge...

after buying new paint brushes at Dots N Doodles in Astoria.

Pulled over just south of Cannon Beach to capture this vibrant sunset.

visited my hometown

A few weeks ago, I visited my friend Adrian in Salem.  We hang out at Clockworks Cafe and collaged for a couple hours.  I came equipped with a bag full of bits of paper, found photos, japanese masking tape, and pens.  We played with the materials and caught up.  There's nothing like making art with an old friend.

He stamped his forehead as I snapped this picture.  What a joker.

Before I headed home, we took a stroll at Riverfront Park.

Hopefully, another year won't pass before we hang out again.
